My name is Mike Bowman. I have spent more than two and a half decades working in tower and wireless infrastructure, from field operations all the way up to senior regional management.

I know this industry because I built my career in it. I have hired tower technicians. I have promoted field supervisors into management. I have reviewed hundreds of resumes from candidates across every level of the org chart and passed on most of them in the first 10 seconds because the document did not reflect the real scope of what they did.

In my experience, it is faster and more effective to start from scratch with the right framing than to patch something that was not built for this industry to begin with.
