I started in this industry the same way a lot of you did, boots on the ground and hands on the steel. I climbed towers early in my career and spent the next 26 years working my way through every level of this business, from field operations all the way up to Senior Regional Manager overseeing thousands of tower sites across a multi-state region. I also earned my Degree in Business Management along the way.

For 15 years I was directly responsible for hiring. I reviewed hundreds of resumes, conducted interviews, and made the call on who moved forward and who did not. I have promoted tower techs into field supervisors and field supervisors into management. I know exactly what tower infrastructure company hiring managers are looking for because I'm one of them.

What if I just need a few tweaks, not a full rewrite?

The resume service is a full rewrite because partial edits on a weak document usually produce a weak document. In my experience, it is faster and more effective to start from scratch with the right framing than to patch something that was not built for this industry to begin with.
